You must register and sign in, of course. Then you can reply to topics in the forums and post new topics. Each topic and each reply has a space to post a URL to related information. (The moderators will promptly censor commercial posts; IP addresses are recorded, and we have the ability to ban, but we'd rather not.)
Readers' posts in the Forums and in the News also appear briefly in a synopsis on the home page.
A rating system is on the horizon after the volume justifies it. You will be able to rate posts by relevance and quality (writing style). More on that later.
To avoid bloating the forums, we've taken a minimalist approach. No "skins" no music no nonsense.
